BERGAMOTTO
Bergamot, well known for its amazing and unique properties, is the quintessential Mediterranean citrus fruit. The fresh fruit is picked, washed and peeled. The peel, rich in essential oils, is steeped in alcohol. Part of the hydroalcoholic preparation is distilled in a small bain-marie pot still, then mixed with the macerated part. The processes, carried out with great care and skill, result in a totally natural liqueur, where intense and persistent flavors match with the unmistakable gentle and fragrant notes of this incredible fruit.
