VIOLETTA
A delicate evocation of spring blossoms, of wandering through meadows searching for herbs and flowers, for cooking or just for the pleasure of their aromas, this liqueur is moderately alcoholic and sweet with lovely forward aromas. Its qualities take us back to the origins of the great Italian liqueur-making tradition and to a great classic of international mixology: the Aviation cocktail.

TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE: crystal clear with intense purple-pink tints. NOSE: violets and other flowers, candies and aromas reminiscent of old drugstores. PALATE: moderately alcoholic, easy-drinking. The main flavour is complemented by hints of other flowers and vanilla.
